DOES RACE MATTER?

While many teenagers experience greater diversity in their lives and circle of friends than past generations, there are important issues to discuss as teenagers grow into adults in a world filled with division and anxiety around issues of race, ethnicity and nationality.

Join the current YMP class of students (high school students from around the metro area) for a Youth Day of Dialogue on Monday, June 12, at Mississippi Youth Media Project office.

YMP Office:
125 S. Congress Street #1330
(Capitol Towers building and Congress/Pearl Street - 13th floor).

Breakfast at 9:00 a.m., dialogue begins at 9:30 a.m. and ends at 3:30 p.m.

A continental breakfast, lunch and refreshments will be served to all student participants.

Student participants: Please download and print the attached media release, have your parent/guardian complete the form and bring it with you to event.
